Reference v1
Retail stores and everyday groceries.

Download the files below and inspect the previews before composing. Use the original logo, fonts and templates. If a file is inaccessible, report it: do not silently substitute it.
- **Carrefour · logo** (SVG): [file](https://thepalette.app/examples/carrefour/assets/carrefour_logo?lang=en) · [preview](https://thepalette.app/examples/carrefour/assets/carrefour_logo?lang=en&format=preview) — Identification in this demo. Confirm rights before commercial use.
- **Source artwork · AI** (WEBP): [file](https://thepalette.app/examples/carrefour/assets/carrefour_photo?lang=en) · [preview](https://thepalette.app/examples/carrefour/assets/carrefour_photo?lang=en&format=preview) — Unlettered artwork for cropping and layouts. Preserve the subject and brand treatment; consult the visual references.
- **Ad · 1080 × 1350** (PNG): [file](https://thepalette.app/examples/carrefour/assets/carrefour_ad?lang=en) · [preview](https://thepalette.app/examples/packs/20260907-v2/carrefour-ad-en.webp) — Finished 4:5 composition with artwork, original logo and concept copy. Do not add a second logo.
- **Presentation · 3-slide PDF** (PDF): [file](https://thepalette.app/examples/carrefour/assets/carrefour_deck?lang=en) · [preview](https://thepalette.app/examples/packs/20260907-v2/carrefour-deck-en.webp) — 16:9 visual reference: cover, messages and applications. Install the linked fonts before editing; replace copy and imagery without moving the grid.

## Identity
Everyday tastes good.
Carrefour supports everyday grocery shopping and presents access to quality food as a focus of its food transition. Our concept translates that intention into familiar groceries and a meal idea, without announcing prices or quantified commitments.
For this concept: households looking for practical weekday meal ideas. Show simple ingredients and an approachable kitchen, without luxury styling.

## Colors and fonts
- #174A9A — Concept color 1: Primary ink / headline color.
- #E52330 — Concept color 2: Secondary treatment color; never recolor the logo.
- #FFFFFF — Concept color 3: Light composition surface.
- Headings: Nunito Sans Normal ExtraBold 800. The public Carrefour Belgium 2026 presentation uses Proxima Nova ExtraBold/Regular. Nunito Sans ExtraBold and Inter are the open substitutes in these examples. Very bold headings, blue/red areas and immediate reading; a Belgian reference is not a global brand kit.
- Body: Inter 400. Short secondary copy with clear contrast against headings. Adapt size to format and length. Openly licensed concept typeface, not the official font; keep the license with the file.

## Writing and layout
Be clear and specific, in the brand’s voice. Avoid filler, clichés and gratuitous flourishes. Match the length to the format; headings, slogans and CTAs should serve the content. The brand’s own guidance and examples take precedence.
- Accessible. Concrete. Everyday.
- Start with the meal or practical need.
- Use familiar, useful and direct language.
- Have prices and required wording approved before any real offer.
- Exact Carrefour logo, clear blue and red on white. Use accessible grocery-retail hierarchy, not luxury food-magazine styling.
- Large recognizable fresh produce, appetizing colors and clear commercial lighting. One easy meal idea and a dominant headline.
- Vary the formats: generous imagery and a headline color area on the slide, an appetizing close-up ad, groceries and three short ideas on A4. Keep the reference's restrained rounded corners.
- Do not invent prices, discounts, French origin, certifications or availability. These are communication concepts, not a promotional catalogue.
- Logo: preserve proportions, without an added white box; keep at least half a logo-height clear around it \(concept rule\).
- Avoid: Invent a discount, validity date or loyalty mechanic.
- Avoid: Present all pictured produce as French, organic or available.
- Avoid: Add a food certification or price guarantee without evidence.
- Avoid: Washed-out pastels, thin copy, beige still life, fabricated pricing, promotional badges or unsourced certification.
- Avoid: Presenting these materials as official guidelines or a collaboration with Palette.
- Instead of “A revolution in your shopping” → “Good ideas in the basket.”
- Instead of “The best prices, guaranteed” → “What shall we make tonight?”
