# Nike

Reference v1
Sportswear, footwear and sporting equipment.

## Start here
Download the files below and inspect the previews before composing. Use the original logo, fonts and templates. If a file is inaccessible, report it: do not silently substitute it.
- **Nike · logo** (SVG): [file](https://thepalette.app/examples/nike/assets/nike_logo?lang=en) · [preview](https://thepalette.app/examples/nike/assets/nike_logo?lang=en&format=preview) — Identification in this demo. Confirm rights before commercial use.
- **Source artwork · AI** (WEBP): [file](https://thepalette.app/examples/nike/assets/nike_photo?lang=en) · [preview](https://thepalette.app/examples/nike/assets/nike_photo?lang=en&format=preview) — Unlettered artwork for cropping and layouts. Preserve the subject and brand treatment; consult the visual references.
- **Ad · 1080 × 1350** (PNG): [file](https://thepalette.app/examples/nike/assets/nike_ad?lang=en) · [preview](https://thepalette.app/examples/packs/20260907-v2/nike-ad-en.webp) — Finished 4:5 composition with artwork, original logo and concept copy. Do not add a second logo.
- **Presentation · 3-slide PDF** (PDF): [file](https://thepalette.app/examples/nike/assets/nike_deck?lang=en) · [preview](https://thepalette.app/examples/packs/20260907-v2/nike-deck-en.webp) — 16:9 visual reference: cover, messages and applications. Use the accompanying PPTX to edit text.
- **Editable presentation · PPTX** (PPTX): [file](https://thepalette.app/examples/nike/assets/nike_editable?lang=en) · [preview](https://thepalette.app/examples/packs/20260907-v2/nike-deck-en.webp) — Three slides with separate text, shapes and photos. Install the linked fonts before editing; replace copy and imagery without moving the grid.
- **Anton · concept font** (TTF): [file](https://thepalette.app/examples/nike/assets/nike_font_0?lang=en) — Install before editing the PowerPoint; retain the license accessible through the source.
- **Inter · concept font** (TTF): [file](https://thepalette.app/examples/nike/assets/nike_font_1?lang=en) — Install before editing the PowerPoint; retain the license accessible through the source.

## Identity
The next step.
Nike connects sports equipment with inspiration and action. Its mission addresses every athlete through an inclusive view of sport. Our concept focuses on making the first step approachable, without promising performance.
For this concept: people returning to running, not only experienced athletes. A run close to home, with no time to beat.

## Colors and fonts
- #111111 — Concept color 1: Primary ink / headline color.
- #FFFFFF — Concept color 2: Secondary treatment color; never recolor the logo.
- #FFFFFF — Concept color 3: Light composition surface.
- Headings: Anton 400. Nike campaign references: extremely dense, condensed uppercase headlines. Anton is the open substitute used here for this silhouette, not an identification of Nike's proprietary typeface. Inter for small copy.
- Body: Inter 400. Short secondary copy with clear contrast against headings. Adapt size to format and length. Openly licensed concept typeface, not the official font; keep the license with the file.

## Writing and layout
Be clear and specific, in the brand’s voice. Avoid filler, clichés and gratuitous flourishes. Match the length to the format; headings, slogans and CTAs should serve the content. The brand’s own guidance and examples take precedence.
- Short. Active. In motion.
- Start with a concrete verb: start, run, try.
- Speak to the person without comparing bodies or abilities.
- Keep the headline to five words and the caption to one idea.
- Direct sports photography: visible effort, tension, diagonal motion, grain and high-contrast black and white. A fictional adult, without imitating a famous athlete.
- Oversized condensed headline over a dark photographic area. The crop and body carry the message, not a decorative card.
- Keep the original black swoosh on a deliberate full-width white composition strip. No extra rectangle around the mark; no invented coral or cream brand palette.
- Three distinct gestures: running on slides, close-up effort in the ad, preparing to start on A4. Consistency comes from treatment, not repeating one crop.
- Logo: preserve proportions, without an added white box; keep at least half a logo-height clear around it \(concept rule\).
- Avoid: Promise a record, weight loss or guaranteed results.
- Avoid: Present generated footwear as an actual Nike product.
- Avoid: Turn an invitation into guilt or pressure.
- Avoid: Stock jogging, beige wellness styling, thin headlines, invented retail footwear or celebrity endorsement.
- Avoid: Presenting these materials as official guidelines or a collaboration with Palette.
- Instead of “Exceed your limits through our innovation” → “The next step.”
- Instead of “Run faster than everyone else” → “Your pace. Your start.”
