We collect information you provide directly to us: account information (email, name), brand data you submit for analysis (website URL, guidelines, uploaded logos, images, fonts, PDFs and presentations), content you generate using our Service, payment information (processed securely by Stripe).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide and improve the Service, process transactions, send service-related communications, and analyze usage to improve user experience.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud infrastructure. Files uploaded to the brand library are stored in private Vercel Blob storage. Removing a draft reference does not delete the original file. Generated images are stored to enable you to access your content history. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services: authentication providers for secure login, payment processors for subscription handling, OpenAI for brand analysis and content generation, cloud hosting for data storage. Optional document analysis requires your permission and sends OpenAI an excerpt limited to the first 12 pages or slides. These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your data.

5. Data Sharing

New brands are accessible with a secret link from creation, without search engine indexing. Manual edits are automatically saved and synchronized with active links. Existing private brands stay private. Disable the link in settings before adding confidential content. Anyone with a share link can forward it; revoking the link does not recall downloaded copies. We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only with your consent, to comply with legal obligations, or to protect our rights and safety.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and export your data.

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the Service or via email.
