By accessing and using Palette ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Palette is a brand library for teams and their agents. The Service lets users collect and edit files and guidelines, review suggestions from websites or documents, then share an approved version through a link, API or MCP. An image-generation studio remains available.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content, infringe on intellectual property rights, attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

Content you create using Palette belongs to you. However, you grant us a license to use anonymized data to improve our Service. The Palette platform, including its design and technology, remains our intellectual property.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
